Does the studio work remotely?
Yes. SylIconValley works with businesses across France and internationally, by video call or on site as needed.
What kinds of organisations do we work with?
The studio works with small and medium-sized businesses and independents, start-ups and project founders, communication agencies and studios, as well as institutions, healthcare organisations and non-profits.
What should I prepare before our first conversation?
Nothing is required. A few things help move faster: the project’s goal, the deadline if there is one, your current materials (website, logo, documents) and, if possible, a budget range.
Does the first conversation commit me to anything?
No. The discovery call and the initial read of the project come with no commitment. A costed proposal is only sent after that conversation.
Is the information I share kept confidential?
Yes. Information shared is used solely to assess the project, and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed from the very first conversation if needed.
