The context

The starting point.

Founded in 2008, Aladinoo Group provides staff to luxury cosmetics and fragrance brands in France and internationally, for houses such as Dior, Guerlain, Cartier, Clarins and La Prairie: in-store activations, launches, events, sales force and specialist temporary staffing, training and retail consulting.

The website had to speak to two very different audiences: the houses and retailers that entrust their points of sale to the group, and the talent it recruits. Across several markets, with the standards expected in luxury.

  • 2

    audiences

Client brands and retailers on one side, candidates on the other: two sets of expectations, two journeys.

  • 3

    languages

French, English and Spanish, to support brands in their markets.

  • 6

    services

A broad offer, from in-store activations to strategic consulting, to make readable at a glance.

The approach

A showcase website that prepares what comes next.

Beyond presenting the group, the website was designed as a platform: training sales teams is at the heart of Aladinoo’s business, so it needed a place in the architecture from the start.

The scope

Branch by branch.

  1. Houses go straight to the services and contact, candidates to job offers and applications. The project was steered with the client at every step, from site map to launch.

  2. The existing monogram and logotype were kept, then extended into four worlds: Academy, Learning, Jobs and News, each with its own colour. On the website, the monogram signs every image as a watermark and each world’s colour guides navigation.

  3. The copy supplied by the client was reworked for clarity and impact, and organised for each audience.

  4. The website comes in French, English and Spanish, with the same structure and the same level of finish. The team updates it on its own.

  5. Job offers can be filtered by keyword, city and contract type, and candidates apply online, CV attached, without leaving the website. Candidate testimonials complete the page.

  6. The architecture includes an academy to present the training offer and a private e-learning area, with login, designed for product sheets and training materials. Both modules are in place and awaiting the client’s content.
