What you send us.
The form collects your name, email, need and message, with your explicit consent. This information is used only to reply to your request and discuss your project. It is sent to the studio by email, never sold or shared, and kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange.
To prevent abuse, your IP address is stored in an encrypted, irreversible form for a few minutes only.
Discovery calls.
Calls are booked through Cal.com, which collects your name and email to organise the call. This service applies its own privacy policy.
Understanding what helps.
The site uses Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Statistics are anonymised and used to improve the site (pages viewed, where visits come from). Google may process this data outside the European Union under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
What you can ask for.
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@syliconvalley.fr. We reply within one month.
If you disagree, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
